What a disappointment. My daughter & I ordered burgers. Everything was overcooked & cold. The fries had obviously been made 30+ minutes before we got em. Our waitress "forgot" to bring fresh after we let her know. I ended up sending my plate back. My daughter ate half of her cold burger. The dining room was dirty. The plexiglass booth dividers were covered with greasy marks & fingerprints. (We were first tables of the night) The ceiling fans and pipes were covered in dust. Over-priced for what we received. The environment and service were top tier. The food was so good I ate everything put in front of me. The staff made sure I was well taken care of and the drink selection was well rounded. Best steak I've had in a loooonnnggg time!! It was right before Christmas, so they were busy. Our server was distracted, but did the best she could. We were seated by the bar, which wasn't ideal. Too many customers backing into our table and disrupted our meal. Other than that, really great place. I give them 5 stars because like I said, the food was excellent. Unfortunately my wife's food was seasoned with pepper which caused an immediate reaction with the potential for an ER visit. Thankfully she was able to take something for it quickly and was ok. We told our waitress about her pepper allergy and she relayed the message to the kitchen. We don't know why the seasoning wasn't left off as requested. They did replace her food and took it off of our ticket which we appreciated. This is usually a great place to eat and we will go again, but with a bit more caution.
