An absolute gem of a restaurant. Billy's happily accommodated every single request of mine to create a special birthday party for wife. I was allowed to reserve a private room, come in after hours to set up, and replace some of their decor with decorations of my own. Billy's even let me create custom cocktails just for our event and nailed the execution. So great! Their staff was fast and friendly, and several of my guests remarked about how good the food was. Beautiful old house from the 1800s. Great place to celebrate or just have a great meal. The chef is very accommodating for a Plant-based diet. He even came up to check on us at the end of the meal. Highly recommend for Plant based or carnivores! Update: 2/13/24. Stopped in again, and service by Jordan was excellent. Great conversation, checked on us, and overall, makes you feel important and special. The Chef came out to ask about my plant-based order, and he came up with a new dish of mixed vegetables, turnips as the main vegetable, jerk seasoning, with pasta and pineapple garnish. Another excellent creation by the Chef. Their brussel sprouts are like nobody else's. Brussel sprouts, green peppers, onions, cooked with a balsamic glase. So delicious. We will definitely be back on our return trip home to the Chicago area from Denver. The prices are extremely reasonable.
