Went for dinner and had a wonderful experience, the service was great, the food was hot and when there was a problem it was fixed quickly and gracefully. Our server Adriana was fantastic and very personable. She was always fast and understanding. Would definitely come back. Update Feb 14: I came here with my family on Valentine's Day and the food was really good. Our server Alex was attentive and an all around nice guy. Both our burgers were cooked exactly how we ordered. Everything was relaxing. I love BJ's food. It was always good. Sign up for their emails to get more discounts. Sometimes there is buy one entree get one free. Edit: Well BJs was good years ago when the original staff that opened the restaurant up was there. My last 5 experiences over the last 2 years have not been great. The most recent visit had really bad service but only our table as multiple other tables showed up later, got sat sooner, and had their food long before us. The previous 4 visits before Covid the food didn't taste great. Now everything costs more money. I think this is the last time I will ever go back. I didn't even brother to register my last check for the rewards. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had eaten at BJ's for more than a decade but something has changed ( either this location or beyond). Food Quality: avocado rolls were served stale. In the photo, even stale green leaves are visible along with the changed color ( blackened ) avocado. It felt like it was microwaved to warm before serving. Other dishes like fish tacos were also not fresh ( especially beans that tasted like out of the cane ). Service: despite reservation, we were asked for 10-15 minutes wait to get sitting . Even it took 20 minutes to get server to cone to us ask drinks and order . We ordered two drinks and both were not available ( last week weather situation and shortage of server staff were given reason ) .
