Good bar with a great choice of meals and drinks. We’ve had the Tuna steak, it was really nice. Lagunitas IPA on draft, so what’s not to like. Our companion ordered the Duck breast, he said it was the best he ever tasted hè said. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €30–35

The Black Bar in Šiauliai was a true highlight during my stay in Lithuania. My colleagues and I met here almost every evening and were consistently impressed by the dedication of the staff, especially when it came to the food. The decor of the place has a unique charm, and although it may appear slightly worn, it gives the venue an authenticity that captivated us. The music, food, drinks, and cleanliness were top-notch. The waiting staff were always friendly and humorous, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Even though the Black Bar is not a Michelin-starred restaurant, in my opinion, it deserves a perfect score. We felt so comfortable in this Irish pub that we genuinely miss the evenings there. A clear 10 out of 10 – a place you must visit to experience a piece of Lithuania's hospitality and enjoyment. We ordered food And right after that they told us that they will close within 30min. Two hours earlier than closing time is In the internet. We WOULDN'T ORDER FOOD AND DRINKS if they had told us that they are closing earlier. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had the opportunity to visit a few times this place for business dinners. Food is very tasty (had 🥩 ) Service was friendly. Only thing which could be noticed, the tables and seats are (in my view ) like in a British pub : which are not ideal for a dinner table of more than 6 people. Floor plan is not ideal for ♿️. Said that the place is great 👍

This is one of the premium places in Šiauliai so expect to pay a premium price and you will indeed receive a premium service. This place has a pretty calm and relaxing atmosphere. First of all - the soup with salmon and caviar - was a little thick but surprisingly very delicious, especially well made salmon. The beef steak was prepared medium-rare. It was very well made, the mushroom with tomatoes was a also a very tasty and unique idea. The creme brulee was very sweet and full of different flavoured fruits, nothing out of the ordinary. The white russian was especially strong, no holding back on the alcohol, but not a huge problem. Overall a spectacular experience

Great place for cocktails and drinks. The food there was excellent! We ordered keptą duoną and the service couldn't be friendlier! Would definitely recommend.

It was surprisingly fancy but not awkward at all. Luxury decorations and calm atmosphere with popular music turned into jazz. I had a relaxing business lunch there. Service is fast and the food is brought to you in big portions, so a soup and salad was enough for me almost through the whole day. Various spices and one of the best prepared beefstrogen I have ever tasted so far!
