Had a good time but made me quit bowling at 9:25. I ask to move to a lane that had oil on it and they told me I had to stop for the night. They wouldn’t even let me pay for the last half hour. They just wanted to close early and hangout with their friends, whom didn’t have to leave at 9:30. Didnt want the money or business of a paying customer. By the looks from the other reviews I’m not the only customer that’s gets treated poorly. Well I’ll add that if you have nice balls don’t use them here. They will be damaged by old equipment.

Lanes / tech / equipment all worked fine, though a bit outdated. Would have loved to bowl more than one game! Came in two hours before close and was told one hour before close was too late to start a second game (???) so we bailed. The guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were there at all…

Used to love this place, but last few times, I've been very disappointed in the selection of bowling balls. Almost all are at least 10lbs, and not many with bigger finger holes for us who have big knuckles. The seats at the screens are very old and need replaced, too. The restaurant inside is pretty good, though! Wish they'd bring back the popcorn shrimp, was my favorite!

A good place to go if you want to be disrespected, my company had our christmas dinner here and we got accused of trying to "stiff" the bowling ally out of $250 for lane rental. He called the cops on my boss because the old man behind the counter said he hadnt seen our boss for over an hour... we were in the confrence room passing out gifts the whole time. Further more they stiffed me out of 20 dollars because my kid wanted to get tickets for a prize... the ticket machine was not working and they were worthless. Never agian will i ever go back

Continuous issues with the lane and keeping score etc. It was completely messed up. Went to the game area the tickets you get from playing are not accepted anymore. Expensive for mediocre lane function.

It is spot on every time I visit and the prices are great. Fast friendly service. The staff is always very knowledgeable on info needed. It's very clean. A comfortable family place to enjoy. Foods is always great. They have a game room for all ages. I give it a 5 star because it deserves it.

I have never bowled here, but the food is wonderful. I especially love the Manhattan special on Thursdays. Our waitress knows who we are and brings a pitcher of tea to our table without us even ordering. She is the best!

I loved this place. It is like walking back in time. The staff was friendly and attentive. It looked like they were busy and working hard the entire time we were there. The arcade looked like a cool place for kids. The grill area is clean and reasonably priced. We normally bowl in Lexington it for sure is more updated but I didn't mind and I think my kids had just as much fun. We will be back.

A very friendly environment, the food they serve is amazing. It's a clean place and kid friendly bc the also have a big arcade. If you're in the area I highly recommend to stop by Bowlarama and take the family out for a fun night of bowling.
