Food was delicious. This was my 1st time here. I loved the variations of pizza offered. Floors were a little dirty and needed tending. Service was average. Their wine menu was very lacking. I guess their beer menu was on point. The wings were the best I have ever had. The pizza was delicious but grease, but pepperoni creates that. I will not be returning to Brass Rail. This was on Sunday during the Lions game, and we waited two hours for a table. The waiting for a table was not a problem at all. We sat down and ordered drinks, and appetizers. After spending $400, we were rudely told by "management" that we had to leave because we spent two hours there. No one ever told us when we sat down that there was a two hour time limit on tables. We were given a check with little to no explanation. The server was very nice and she did try to let us stay (this was not her fault). I need to add that this was during a big Lions game, not even half time yet and we were planning to continue to spend money throughout the whole entire game. Given the rude manager, terrible customer service experience, my friends and I will not be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone - the way you are operating is causing you to lose business so good luck. The food here was really good for a great price! We got the Brussels Sprouts appetizer and were very impressed. The cheese bread appetizer was far too cheesy for my taste. I ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap with onion rings and both were delicious!! My husband got the pizza and said the flavor was all there but it was a little soggy. Be sure to make a reservation before you stop in, but it’s definitely worth a try! p.s. The music was way too loud on the restaurant side.
