This was my very first time eating at one of these places. I have been wanting to try them for a very long time. Very good burger and bowl of chilli. I have actually delivered feed to their milk cow operation/main facility in Oklahoma. Out of a lot of items. No French fries. WHY? Employees were playing around. Not doing their job. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to come take our order. When the girl came to take our order, she talked soon fast we couldn't understand her. To busy talking to other employees. Store was dirty. Trash cans over flowing, floors dirty. I've seen Braum's in the Springfield Missouri area but never stopped at one. I always assumed it was just ice cream. Today, going through Kansas I tried one for the first time. It was great! Huge double cheese burger, tasty crinkle cut fries and delicious chocolate shake. Now I know and will stop now often.
