Ordered my food with a milkshake and didn’t get my food until 30 minutes after placing my order. However they forgot my milkshake and I had to wait another 25 minutes before staff decided they wanted to help me, and I was not the only customer at the counter with an issue with service. This was several months ago and I just assumed they were understaffed. However tonight my girlfriend decided she wanted ice cream so we came back. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and after handing my girlfriend her ice cream proceeded to say “you’re welcome” over and over again until my girlfriend told her thank you, which given the way she treated us before hand she was less than deserving of. This Braum’s used to be good but it has severely gone downhill. They need to hire people with good customer service and an actual work ethic. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I always get ice cream weather I eat real food or not.. hands down the best place for fast food it's good has a family atmosphere and not just this braums all of braums stores and restaurants have my seal of approval. I must be a glutton for punishment, that, or I've done something to this company I'm unaware of. The last 3 times over a period of 3-5 months, that I've ordered food has turned into a major fiasco. Both mine and my wife's order has been precooked and staged so when I get our meals it's cold. The burger is cold, the cheese barely melted, our fries are 50/50. The only thing colder is my shake. I'd like to think it maybe the cook on duty, but I finally figured it out. They stage the burgers precooked -- ready for orders, then slap everything together then wait another 5 minutes or so to call your number, so now your meal matches your shake! Frozen!! This Braum’s USE to be so good. My husband and I came here about a month ago and went inside to order some food. We waited about 25 minutes and hadn’t gotten our food so we asked if there was a problem. They apologized and said they were out of the chili we ordered and asked if we wanted something else. We ordered a chicken sandwich. We waited another 20 minutes and still had no food. The guy in the kitchen apologized again and said they forgot to make it. We had been there for an hour by this time and asked for a refund. The manager who gave us our refund never asked why we needed a refund and didn’t apologize. She did complain to the staff that she couldn’t take a real lunch break because someone had to watch all of them. We came back again tonight to give them another try, but this time we went through the drive through. When we got in line we had 4 cars in front of us that hadn’t ordered yet. We sat in line for 30+ minutes before we got our food. I am not sure what happened to this place but it’s not good. Don’t recommend! We went to Jack In The Box down the road and was in and out of the drive through in 12 minutes! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

After waiting 45 minutes at the drive thru, we got the wrong order. Asked for #1 and a #3, got one burger cheese with ketchup and the other cheese with mayo and mustard. No veggies and the #3 should have three Pattie’s. Needless to say this Braums has gone downhill. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wanted the Nacho Burger meal & I don't mind waiting for freshly cooked food not old. It's a double 1/4 cheese with guacamole & diced onions & tomatoes.
