A little close quartered. Clean. Food is good. Menu can be confusing. I ordered to eat in for 2. Two different entrees the waiter brought me food from the 3 person part of the menu which meant he brought me food for six. This was afterI had started on the first entree. I thought it looked like a lot. I'm sure he knew. It was only 2 of us there on Valentine's Day.👎🏻 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

On Valentines day we drove to Buca di Beppo to get our Tiramisu what we thought was going to be the best tasting from the restaurant , when we drove there and parked at the curbside pickup and called in the order , they told us 18 - 20 mins. we waited almost 30mins before my husband went in and asked they were busy they asked us to wait, we waited another 15mins and then when my husband went back in they said they didn't even have our order after that they said they wrote in on a paper since their computer was giving them a hard time. we were fine with it all for the sake of ending our day with a good Tiramisu, they gave us the order in another 5-10mins , still excited we got home it was the worst frozen Tiramisu ever. It was frozen and even when we put it out to thaw it , it was the worst ever. I had ordered from here in the past and it was really good. very disappointed. The vibe was great when entering the restaurant from the host to the server and everyone in between. The staff over all was an amazing and pleasant. Our server Gisela R. customer service skills & hospitality was amazing she was a 10/10 and serving our party she was very professional and has great manors. Definitely recommend this restaurant very family oriented and well kept place. It was another wonderful evening at the restaurant. We love enjoying their eggplant Parmesan and of course the fabulous service Joseph provided and the management team Hector and crew are awesome. Very unique place to experience. Ambience was phenomenal. Seems like 100's of peculiar photographs. If you are a group of people, food would be very good enough. Have ordered Apple salad, Pasta, bruschetta, eggplant parmesan. Hubby decided to come here since we were in the area. Once seated, we glanced the menu. We decided on the trio appetizer (buffalo fried shrimp, calamari, mozzarella sticks). I had the shrimp scampi, and hubby had the chicken parmasean. Our server was so attentive. The servings sizes are unbelievable. You can split this with at least 4 people or have leftovers for days. Before leaving, I decided to visit the ladies room, and was wondering how sanitary for a restaurant to stay open while the water was seeping from the ceiling which was a fall/ safety hazard. It was hard to walk around and not get wet. This really changed my view of the establishment. I hope now that everything is back in order.
