This is the SECOND time they get out order wrong. First time, they gave us a completely different order. This time, they gave us 10 wings less than what we ordered. It’s disappointing that we go out of our way to go out to this location for this to happen to us. I am done coming here. Plus, there’s teenagers that crowd the lines and drive like crazy in the parking lot. This BWW is a joke. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I walked in at 12:10 PM then seated few minutes later. We then got up and WALKED OUT at 12:30 after nobody said a word to us. Several people walked by numerous times and no one stopped not even to take a drink order. I know it was 20 minutes when I looked at the time stamp of a text. Asked for a manager and said I don't know where she is. 5-7 minutes later she shows up said OH WELL - Goodbye. This says a lot about the people and company as whole. They’ve started making people order using a QR code. I don’t wish to have my credit card on file, nor do I wish to be on an email list. The server never checked to make sure my order went through, even though I asked him to. I waited over 45 minutes for boneless wings and fries. I go out to a restaurant for convenience. I can order online from my phone, anytime and any place. And it would probably be delivered faster than that. SMH. Im sure this is corporates’ grand idea to cut labor costs but you need to set your servers up for success. You should probably give all your servers a raise since you’ve made it so their tips are less.

We decided to give it another shot after disappointment the last few times. Would recommend doing yourself a favor and not dining here. We were here at 2pm on a Saturday, it was not busy.
