This place lacks the cacophony of another BWW I've been to recently. I like it better. I've ordered the same thing 3 visits in a row. It was great, but the fries could be better. Caitlin was amazing! Even though handling a multiple tabels was very friendly and attentive.She checked on us and made sure we were good throughout and even when bringing check. We got takeout and ate it in the parking lot since we had our new dog in the vehicle. My smoked brisket burger was delicious but my fries were cold 😔 everyone else's meal was great though. overall we would visit again. Food: 4 Service: 4

Brought a party of 15 for my great aunt's birthday, our waitress Olivia was wonderful, we had the whole side room to ourselves, and even with 15 people ordering food, only one had a small error. We frequent this location for B-Dubs, but unfortunately today was a pretty bad experience. We drive about 20 minutes for take out to bring home. We ordered some other items, but the one in question being a 10 piece traditional wing. Upon arriving at home, and biting into our wings we discovered they were rubbery and undercooked. We immediately called the store, and while they said they’d remake them if we wanted, there wasn’t even an apology. We drove all the way back to return the wings for a replacement. This was a big let down considering all of our other food was now cold. Disappointing experience for us tonight. Hopefully the people in the kitchen become more thorough as this could’ve gotten someone very sick. still giving two stars considering we were offered a replacement, however wish we received an apology and or the manager themselves coming out to give us the replacement. What we received of our order was really good! Unfortunately upon getting home we did not get our side salad, fries, carrots, or ranch. So that is where the low rating comes in. These restaurants need to really take the extra 30 seconds to make sure the order is correct and all together. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Once every several months i get to go out to eat with my dad. The other day we decided to get dinner here. I ordered a 20 piece no bone (yeah bone are better, but wanted half to make a sandwich the following day). For over $20 you would thing they would be good. The smaller ones were hard and crunchy. I had already eaten 3 of the smallest ones that wouldn't cover the fork bit each one counted as 1 piece. The back didn't even look like it had any season on them just what was brushed over the top. On a night that was about half full and fully staffed you would think it wouldn't take 30 minutes to receive the food. But it did. Only plus of the night was our waitress was very nice, friendly, and attentive to her customers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+

First time ever trying buffalo wild wings! Fries weren't the greatest I think if they weren't old, they would of been good. 40 wings, 4 different flavors pretty damn good! Wish they had a vent in the boxes so they wouldn't of gotten soggy but the flavors were definitely spot on!!!
