It's mostly fried food all cooked in same fryers so it all taste the same till you add sauce....lol....It's BW's Server was nice, to many large tables to one server, however I do get if your short handed or had call offs. Cocktails were good, wanted Lime Bubly for my mix, she had to come back and tell me you were out, everyone should know items that are out, so when they are that busy and now have to get back to the table and ask what mix I want now....so now she's behind, my cocktail is now even longer to get to me... Generally we come to this location 2 to 3 times a month. This visit with exception of the food quality was not good. We had to wait about 45 minutes before receiving our food but notice tables around us received their food quickly. Our waitress did not provide the greatest customer service. Had a horrible experience here today. The waitress was great at making sure we got our orders quickly. Our waigltress did her job well. It's the manager I'm upset with. It's bogo wings today... I asked for 20 wings total(so I should only pay for 10. I made this very clear), and got double the wings(40 wings). I told the waitress I only wanted 20 wings total, and she said they messed the order up in the back so I could just keep the extra food they brought out(the extra food was all on the same dish, it wouldnt make sense to take it back). But when it came time to pay, it rang up to include paying for the extra food they had brought out to me, which means I would be paying for double what I actually ordered. The manager said I had to leave half my food there if I only wanted to pay for what I actually ordered, and to leave the extra food they gave me so they could throw it away. I had my food already boxed up and was ready to go home. They made me unbox half my food! This is very wrong. If a restaurant messed up your order and gave you more food than you asked, they're not supposed to take that food back. It's trash already now because you can't re-serve it to anyone. Why would they make me leave half my wings just to turn around and throw it away?? They're the ones who messed up! I did what the manager said because I didn't want to pay double my bill, and there was nobody higher up that I could talk to. I will NEVER come to this location again! Nice Bar & Atmosphere to dine in with the family. Food usually takes a while depending on what you get & I've had issues in the past where the sauce is dried from sitting out but for the most part it doesn't seem to happen often. If you like hot wings I recommend the buffalo sauce as it's got a hefty kick to it but would incapacitate you like a reaper would if you don't eat it too often. Honey BBQ is a really good sweet option for people who don't like hot stuff.
