We waited nearly 10 minutes at the front to be seated...which we never were. Two families were also waiting to be seated, one left, and the other eventually just sat themselves. We finally just sat at the bar. Multiple staff members saw the number of people waiting at the door, and they sat no one.
Multiple people had to see our licenses, and we had to wear wristbands as if we were in a nightclub.
Nearly 20 minutes into this, we finally were asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered a beer each and a brownie to share. The brownie took over 20 minutes to come out, and the bartender (who apparently is NOT your server even though you are at the bar????) disappeared nearly the entire time we were there. We did order another round with our server (again, who is not the bartender and can not get us drinks) when our brownie was finally sent out, but after waiting with empty glasses for an extremely long period of time, and watching the drink tickets continue to pile up at the unmanned bar, we had to get the round removed from our ticket before we could finally leave.
This was easily one of the worst resturant experiences that we have had in an extremely long time.

Your typical buffalo wild wings experience, foods good, everything is good. Our server was a pretty big brat through. She was super short and rude with us and the other servers which made it awkward. However the other dozen times I've been it's been great and the service has been just fine.

Traditional Wings
We have avoided Buffalo wild wings for multiple years because of the food and experience we had there in the past. We decided to try it again tonight since it had been so many years in the hopes and maybe things have gotten better and a new one had recently opened at the University Place.
Despite having multiple open tables, there was a 30-minute wait. Once we got in, it was clear that they were short-staffed both in the kitchen and with the servers. The food came out in a strange order, different batches of chicken came out at different times. The tater tots came out AFTER we had paid and we're leaving despite asking about them 5 or 6 times. Most our sauces were forgotten and we had to wait, with wings on the table, for them to go back and get our sauces. Are poor server looked like he was rushed and frantic just to keep things going. Most of the food was dry and bland.
After tonight's dinner, I can honestly say that it was far worse than we initially remembered it. We will not be eating at any Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Got there around 6:30 pm on a Friday night. The wait time for 2 was 15 minutes except at the bar. Amazing for how packed it was. The service was great and the food came out pretty fast.

Pickup here is the worst. I understand the super bowl being crazy, but it's literally not busy at all and it's still 30 minutes late. Never coming back here for pickup again. Updating to note they also got my order wrong. Awesome........
