Oh my gosh that was the worst. I can't even believe how busy that place was. The food was so mediocre and the service was terrible. Sorry to say and I still leave tips for servers because I used to be a server and so but man do not get the cob salad. If you do go there that's for sure. It's just well mediocre and why would they give so little dressing? I just can't even get over that. Like what a super national chain and they give you this like mediocre cup of dressing with your salad. I had to ask for salt. I had to ask for napkins. They handed me the fork from their hand to my hand to eat with. I'm like what the heck I will never ever go to Buffalo wild wings again. I mean Wingstop is like 10 times better and just the service is so much better. Oh my gosh! See you later. Buffalo wild wings. Have fun. Good luck. Take care. My dirty dish just sat there on the table. The whole time I was ordering to go food which I did reluctantly but I'm on business and I just like needed to consolidate yeah oh my gosh how do they even stay in business? My server Hope made the experience great.. it is so nice to have a friendly, helpful and attentive server. In today’s impatient world of service and tipping culture where service comes second.. Food was pretty good except for me trying a new sauce (spicy garlic) I forget most wet sauces at Buffalo Wild Wings have a strong vinegar taste. Service was great even though they were pretty busy. The atmosphere was like most BWW minus the couple very drunk old guys allowed to yell, cuss loudly, and stumble around the bar area. I have never been treated so bad at this restaurant as I did tonight. The manager Tonya was beyond rude to me and my husband. I was letting her know we ordered 50+ dollars worth of food and I do it every week. We get 6 ranches each time and 6 southwestern sauces each time cause we share the appetizers. I was only able to add 4 ranches on the app and I wasn't able to add any sauces for my fried pickles or cheese curds. She gave me 1 sauce she said as a favor. She wanted to charge me for more even though I had cheese curds and fried pickles add appetizers. My son is sick and I shared that with her and she wouldn't give us an extra sauce even though the curds and pickles were appetizers to share. She said she didn't design the app in a sarcastic way. We come here every week and I refuse to come back being treated so badly by her. Also my food was completely cold by the time I got home. It's been pleasant every time l've been there except this time! …. This happened a week ago and no one ever got back to me even though I filled out the form. It’s disappointing that Tonya a manager at this place is getting away with treating customers This bad. My family is mortified about this and well most likely never set foot in a BWW again. I’m going to tell everyone I know to avoid this restaurant being that we were treated like this and that no one ever called to make this right.

Ordered on the phone for pick up. My husband and daughters meal was fine and they enjoyed it but got the house sampler without certain condiments,but got all condiments and this what I got. Minus two mozzarella sticks that I ate.does this look like it is worth 15.99? UPDATE.Called and had my issues resolved quickly. The employee apologized and took care of me. I was happy with the outcome. So now I give them 4 stars. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
