Just ordered the number 1 combo and a chicken wrap. I ate the burger when I started eating the fríes noticed a long black hair on the fries . Then I opened the chicken wrap and the first thing I notice is another long black hair sticking out the chicken wrap digusting Spoiled my appetite. Food is as to be expected from a burger king, but the overall service in this exact location is just bad been to plenty of BKs in my life and cant lie is one of the worst locations due to customer service alone. So, I order my stuff online. I get there, they have me pull up for my order. Im waiting on this order, thinking they are making it fresh. I get home that's a minute away. My burger is old and cold and the nuggets are cold. They forgot the bacon. Now, this is a online order. Horrible. This is why I don't do fast food too much. Always a disappointment 😞. They were busy. My Burger King experience was phenomenal! They made my Southwestern Combo exactly as I ordered it and I specified things I didn't want on it. It was hot and fresh and my fries were hot and fresh also. My drink was correct as well which made my experience terrific!

This is the worst burger king I have been too. Management and staff were rude and ignorant. They were lazy and acted like they didn't won't to do there job. Even thou it's supposed to be open til 2 you lucky if anyone is there past midnight. They need better management and employees who care.

Was just okay. Had recently been to the store on West Park which is a newer store and so this store was not nearly as nice or clean. The food even seemed better at the newer store. This store could use a good cleaning and some attention to detail.

Arrived to get my daughter a whopper meal and something for my mom and I. We arrived on time and ended up waiting for over half an hour while everyone else behind us were being served appropriately and leaving! The "out of it " or seemed to be "high" employee came out and asked what was it we ordered. We handed her a receipt to take in with her and the order still was not correct. Spoke to a manager and found out they were out of cooked patties! It was not the manager's fault as she was very disappointed and had to go over the rules with the employees. I really like the customer service at this location. I work nights and get off in the morning and dont want breakfast food. They always offer to do a burger for me. One time the broiler was being cleaned and they even offered to do fry one for me. I'm always happy leaving here.
