Walked into the restaurant there were only two ladies in a table, went with my employee and ordered four sausage egg n cheese croissant and two drinks, day down , it took them about 23 minutes to make four sandwiches ( that are precooked) then a homeless woman comes in the front door, everyone said hi to her, she sat down and took out her own food from a grocery cart she had and sat down n ate her own food....wow no wonder BK is going down the tubes....good luck in staying open . Gm is always walking around the store saying how sick she is but she handles food without gloves. Several employees had flu and still working. When i asked them if they were ok they said gm made them work but took 2 weeks off for herself when she had flu. I asked about gloves and they said they ran out and gm didn’t want to buy any. I asked for the area manager’s name (amy) they said they’ve already reported it to her but she has yet to do anything. Always out of basic product (drinks,cups, ect) store is always dirty and i see only 2 people working so i know they don’t have time but it’s lunch time or evening when i go so gm should be there but crew tells me she leaves early but stays clocked in. The crew member i talk to always seems miserable you can tell gm treats them bad. There’s a girl who i see pulling double shifts all the time even when sick. Crew member told me she’s assistant. So sad to see the store going down this way. I’ve decided I’m done with bk for good. Telling my friend’s and family to stop eating at this location Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I was at Burger King and there was a manager there who had a bad attitude towards her employees and the customers and she was doing the least amount of work that she could do so I looked at her badge and it said Mary general manager. So that's how you become a general manager at Burger. King with sorry work ethic!! The morale of the restaurant was down because of her. I will never visit that Burger King as long as she's a general manager!!! She didn't cover her mouth when she cough and their always out of ketchup dr.pepper and French fries...oh the employees weren't wearing glove and she clearly saw them and didn't say anything to them. Her name is Mary general manger!!! This lady doesn't have any respect for her employees and customers this was in Kingsville TX on king street Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had went to burger King and they didn't have no condiments and no dr.peper or maynais this was during lunch time and the men's restroom was dirty smh and the general manager mary was sick coughing everywhere very unsanitary smh . She wasn't even doing anything but walking back and forth she left her worker to do everything during lunch hour and I waited 30 minutes for my food obviously she has no good work ethic I couldn't believe how a higher-up would just do nothing and ve to careless!!! No wonder burger King is such a trashy restaurant when you have a general manager like that !!!! Nothing will every been done right !! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I went to Burger King in kingsville today on 14th Street, they had no Dr pepper no salt the burgers were colder than an ice box. We asked for ketchup and they gave us a little tiny bit in those little white ketchup cups not even enough for two fries..ugh if you can't afford condiments just say so and I'll take my own! Geez!
