Rarely get the order correct. Never answer the phone and customer support doesn't have anybody to answer complaints. Used points for an item and didn't receive the item in my order. I went thru the drive thru today. And the girl was very rude. I said my order and she said she couldn't hear me. I repeated it again and she still couldn't hear me. So I said it really loud, and then she got an attitude and yelled "I HEARD YOU". So when I pulled around to the window she started asking what my order was. So now I'm irritated because if you heard me, why are you asking what I ordered. Very rude and nonchalant. Her attitude was piss poor, and should not be working in customer service. She was a young black girl with lots of acne in her face. You can't be ugly inside and out. Pick a struggle. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Service: 1
