That's a good idea to order tasty onion strings, pork and chicken sandwiches. Degust delicious coffee. Unfortunately, if you look through the visitors' reviews, employees are unprofessional at this fast food. Most people suppose that the service is cool. But google users rated Burger King and it didn't get a high rating.

Slowest service imaginable. Food was good one I got it, was in line at drivevthru for 28 minutes and then waited another 12 to get my online ordered food. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Sandwich

Ok I'd give 0 stars if I really could. So they have the chicken wraps back right, we stop in around 3:30 pm. ( Mind you they only had 3 cars in drive thru and 6 people in lobby)(they werent that busy) Now keep in mind Burger king slogan is, have it your way right? So I get when there's a lot of specialized wraps it can get chaotic. But that is no right for the Manager Kim to be yelling out loud and being very rude "I don't know why people can't just order the wraps the way they come. The only reason why they modify it is to make us work harder than what we need to." On top of rude facial gestures (eye rolls, side eyes, and death glares) to the customers. I DONT recommend this Burger king unless you like rude staff, way over cooked food, and soggy fries/onion rings. This Bk used to be a great place to grab a bite to eat, but not if you get treated like this almost every time. I usually eat here everyday for lunch (cause I’m to lazy to pack a work lunch) and there is a lady named Kim, she should be the manager if she isn’t… anyhow she is awesome, very quick with putting orders together and handing them to drive threw, while taking orders at the counter, while communicating with her crew!!! Hopefully someone high up sees this review and realizes she is a huge asset to the franchise. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I usually use the drive through and this location is fast. My orders are always correct and the food is delicious. Sometimes I sit-down inside to eat and the tables are usually clean. This location offers outdoor seating in the front but it's right on hwy 34 so you get traffic noise. This location also offers game kiosks for children and a large play area. Lunchtime drive thru lines where long. Felt like they where understaffed for a lunch rush. Sat at the drive through for longer than expected even with it being lunchtime before they even asked us what we wanted to order. Guy at the window was pleasant and helpful. Seemed like he was doing his best. Just felt like the location was not prepared for lunch time rush. Always have to double check we got everything. Drive through middle screen has been busted for a long time and damage to the left screen for the left side drive thru.

I'm usually not a big BK fan, but the Bacon Cheese Whopper meal I had today at the Park Rapids location was pretty darn delicious. Add to that a raspberry ginger ale from the super fancy Coke machine in the lobby and I am one happy dude. Fries were hot and the Whopper came out as ordered without nasty tomatoes. I'd come back.

Truth Hurt's When it's a Real and Honest experience

Signs are broken, we placed an online order and they're way understaffed. Took way too long to get our food. And double check your order because it's a hit or miss with them being busy and getting your food together. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Most Burger Kings are OK, but this one is pretty great. My food was cooked just the way I wanted and quickly, and the staff were very nice. The new design is fantastic and doesn't try to overcomplicate the looks or try to look fancy. The touch screens to order food, as with the app, is easy to use and super convenient.
