i like this burger king it’s always clean and staff is always nice. the burger was literally assembled perfectly!

This is what BK is supposed to be. The place seems to be managed right, and the food served is not manhandled, mutilated, or otherwise abused. Burgers look like burgers, and the oil isn't old and burned. Fries taste like fires, and the drinks aren't flat. I've been to too many BKs that just don't care and serve garbage to the customers. Not here! Well done, folks! Keep it up.

I took spicy chicken sandwich in which chicken patty was not cooked at all. I’m sharing pictures before through in garbage.

Fries - 7/10 it’s fresh but I think it’s also not cooked properly. It is difficult to review fries.
Atmosphere - drive through some people are coming by walk from back I don’t know from where they are coming from. One lady scared my little scary talking with herself and unstable. I don’t know how they allow people to use private property.
Hardly took 2 bites.

Manager charged us twice for a meal but didn't seem to have no compassion or just even care about his error...like he was just tired of being there. Everyone else was great!

Really rough shape!! 🥺 Needs some major TLC
While it looks to have been relatively recently updated, every aspect is worse for the wear.
For example, bathroom is updated and spacious, love the hand dryers. And accessible... But there were flies.
The seating is an updated style, but chipped.
There's a large play space, but all the glass windows were streaky and looked dirty.
I will say, the fries were amazing and my Impossible Whopper was tasty. (But you can't help but wonder about cleanliness, given the suroundings.) 😬
Customer service was dismal (but who would be cheery in this environment?)!
And an elderly woman had to ask folks to open the doors for her. (Why have an ♿ accessible bathroom, if folks can't even get in & out of the restaurant.)
There were a lot of folks, seem like locals...I wish this place was well cared for... Could be enjoyable.

Usually when I go in to get one realize usually wind up getting more only because I’ve never had a problem. The food is excellent. It’s always served hot new management seats to it that it is clean, run professionally very courteous stuff. The weight is not long at all I would definitely recommend and still continue to go. I’ve been coming to this location for 15+ years

If I could give 0 stars that's what it would get. Poor attitude from the manager who has been there for a while. Good was cold. Didn't even get acknowledged and sat next in line while everyone just sat around. Would definitly recommend NOT going to this establishment. They don't wash their hands. Make food after smoking. The dine in area was dirty along with the high chairs. The entire experience was absolutely terrible and I would rather drive out of town to another bk then spend a single dime here. They charge u for cheese and condiments but they don't give them to you. I'm not even sure if they have serve safe certificates available or if they are even legit

I came in around 9pm I placed my order at 9:55 saw my order sitting there for 5 mins as they ignored it and dealt with drive through customers. My 74 year old grandpa asked for his money back after 15 mins of waiting they did it with no problem. The older lady who did the return in guessing either a shift supervisor or manager was extremely rude when I had a complaint about the way she made my drink that I’ve gotten over 15 times this month wrong. I will be going out of my way to a further Burger King to avoid this terrible experience again. Attached is my very simple order.
Sorry to say not that good of service.. food is usually cold for some odd reason and looks as if it was sat on!?. The drivethru looks likes it been thru hell and back ..smh ... That should be the first thing pleasing to the eye when placing your order.
