No matter what they can't get my order right. Everytime I go I order a rodeo cheeseburger not a rodeo burger. Do you think my order ever has cheese. They've messed up so many times I check it before I leave. They will take back the burgers and add cheese which seems like that should be against food handlers. They also act like it's my fault even though my receipt says rodeo cheese burger. Today I told guy at intercom can you make sure they get cheese. Ge said yeah. Of course they still can't get it right. Beware of the idiots that work here.

I went through drive thru ordered at the box, I ordered two #1 combos and a 8 piece chicken finger combo. I pulled up to the first window they told me to move forward to the second window, I went to the second window and they didn’t have my order, while they were trying to figure things out I spoke with three different workers. I had to reorder at the second window, once paid for they told me to pull forward and wait for my order, I then proceeded to wait 20 min for my food, once they gave me my food they forgot the drinks, I asked them for the drinks and proceeded to wait another 10 min for the drinks. I ended up getting down to go get the drinks myself. I didn’t double check the bag before I left and they also forgot the fries for one of the combos. I should not be waiting for 30 min and continuously have things missing in my order.

Sunday morning crew voided a sale.
Truck driver doing laundry next door came in as a walk up. First person didn't make eye contact or acknowledge me, a 230lb 6'3" male at the register. Had to jingle my keys and make bird calls to attempt to get the drive thru operator's attention. 3rd employees was pecking away at her (assuming) phone in a booth. After 5 minutes leaning on the counter, I preceded toward the door. The booth employee finally noticed me and offered to assist. There's 3 fast food establishments across the street that will take my money.
Not sure if this location has issues with truck drivers, military vets, walk ups or just caters to drive thru. If it's the latter, close the BK Lounge or put in a self serve kiosk so those that can't put a 32,500lb Peterbilt through the drive thru can get something on the fly....perhaps while doing laundry. Carl's Jr got your money today. Give this location a skip. Management and their ill trained, unsupervised millennial staffing has failed this location.
P.S. The locked door in the front is a fire hazard during normal operating hours.

I have had some bad burgers in my life but these guys take the cake. I have had the worst burger in my life tonight and these people at burger King made it. I attempted to return the other burgers I ordered and they refused to give me a refund. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a new one. I don't know what makes them think they could get it right the second time. I also agree with the rest of the reviews stating that the customer service is terrible. The wait time is ridiculous. To conclude my review, all I have to say is stay away from this terrible so called business.

Waited in the drive-through for more than five minutes without any acknowledgment pulled away, and the crew is screwing around in the drive up window. My business will definitely go elsewhere never to Burger King in this location again.

They give me the wrong order so I go back to get correct order they blamed me for it gave me the wrong order again so I went back again made me wait 30 minutes for a burger and fries and then it was cold and had a gross flavor to it when it usually doesn’t. It took an hour for a burger. Actually incredible

the disgusting lady working the drive thru window 10/20/23 had the biggest attitude ever! we were so kind and only asked for sauce and when she opened the window she goes “ what? “ and afterwards she continues to throw the sauce at me. I’m sorry if someone before me ticked u off. Don’t work in customer service if you are gonna be gross like that.

I gave them three stars because we waited for about 15 minutes in the drive-through and then the gentleman taking our payment wasn’t very friendly. When we picked our food up though, little lady at that window was very friendly and nice. The food is good for the most part. Overall it was an ok experience.
