Great experience! Ryan and the staff were kind, patient, helpful and informative in helping my son get a new bike. Exceeded my expectations. Very highly recommend Cadence for anything bike related!

Took my scooter in to get fixed and they had it fixed the same day at a very reasonable price! The personnel are very experienced and such nice people. Great vibes and amazing service!

Great service! Purchased 2 MTBs. We had previously purchased a bike for our daughter. So we came back to repeat the offense. Matt was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their line up.

Talk about an establishment that custom tailors an experience, I was greeted at the door by Ray and given a tour of the shop (and wine/coffee bar). The amount of patience shown by Ray at the numerous beginner questions I had was astonishing. Completely blown away is an understatement. I walked out with a full suspension bike and the knowledge of general maintenance to keep her running! Thanks to the entire Keller team for my flawless experience!!

I recently moved to North Fort Worth and this was the closest cycle shop near me. I needed a tune up on my all-road bike and as I was browsing their website I saw they had my grail bike on close out sale. So I took in one bike for service and bought a new one! Both turned out amazing, I will be doing a lot of business with these guys and will be joining group rides soon! Big thanks to Ray and the guys at Cadence Cyclery of Keller!!

Have been a customer since they were a tiny shop with 3 guys and they have really become more about the money then about the biking. I was in town visiting and went in a grabbed a few things at the shop and asked for some air in my bike just to get it to the right pressure and I was charged $5 for some air. Not a huge amount but disappointing that the shop has become like that.

The man who helped me was very nice and friendly. (He was at the cash register when I walked in on a Tuesday.) Helped me find a new seat and even installed it on the pole for me!
