Absolutely loved my Chicharrón Calacas! Just came down from Houston to visit friends and my first absolute stop in the valley had to be Calacas. My server Ali was amazing! She really tended to my needs and made sure my experience at Calacas was truly unforgettable. I will definitely request for her services again, next time. The Chicharrón was crispy and juicy.
