I used to frequent this location a lot. However, over the past several years, my body has developed a rather severe reaction to dairy. I lose vision, my limbs go numb, and I am prone to fainting. The last two consecutive times I've gone to this caribou, I have explicitly ordered, double-checked, rerun the label and verbally confirmed that my drink was made with oat milk instead of cows milk. Without a shadow of a doubt, both times, the staff assured me that it was correct. However, both times I had severe reactions. I don't get this from anything else, I know that this is dairy, and that there's cross-contamination in their drink making environment. Every other Caribou, Starbucks, local shop, takes my request for non dairy milk very seriously and carefully. But, this place does not - it should be inspected thoroughly and this should not be allowed to happen again. Beware, if you have allergies, visiting this location.

This store is in a private office building. Reviews mentioning ordering online, calling the store, breakfast, etc. are either regarding a different location or completely fabricated.
I've actually had a drink from this store and it was great.
Unfortunately with anyone who is attempting to make a false review for this location. We are not open to the public, nor do we take online orders because we are not open to the public. We do not have a phone number for anyone to call, you would need someone who works at Optum to give you a phone number to reach myself or my store.
I am sorry for all those who are confused by this. If you look at the Caribou app you will see that we are not on there due to the building is not open to the public.
Good luck reaching these guys -- phone on corp. website is some poor person's cell phone. Well, it's not like they're a big company or anything where they'd have resources for this. Oh, wait.
Not the best caribou I've been to. Service is okay, the staff does not seem to be very knowledgeable and does not provide the best service. I'll definitely avoid this caribou from own on.
I paid for my coffee and breakfast fat 8:04 and waited in line while they were serving others, came back at 8:32 and was tol"oh we will run that for you now" really? This is just the worst service ever
