I went through the driver thru today. Ordered 4 famous stars, no pickles, no onions, extra ketchup. I get to the window, the girl working the window asked again what my order was. I told her. She says with cheese? I said no cheese! She said would you like your receipt? Yes please. She said she would have it when she brings the order out and to pull up. I get home, they all have cheese on them, and no receipt. I check my bank account, she charged me for the cheese ones I clearly said no cheese! So I just paid and extra $14 for 4 slices of cheese. To top that off. I only used my card there at Carl's Jr. and now I have and extra charge from amazon on my card. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Even though they are understaffed Norma was very kind and the service was quick. After I ordered I didn’t realize that I could receive an additional burger for only $1 more, until Norma asked if I’d like to take advantage of the deal. It worked out well because my girly 13-year-old son consumed his burger and was still hungry, so I gave him the extra one. The staff and managers at this location are absolutely amazing! Not only today but every time I am here! Norma is always courteous and helpful. Being a manager myself, I have noticed many strong leadership skills she possess. She treats employees and customers well, she is always on task, and is definitely a super achiever. We had mobile order. We got a text when it was ready and the food was hot and good! Then my husband placed a mobile order for us to bring him home a famous star, and there was a communication problem with the order. The manager fixed it quickly and got us his order. It was clean! I’m a huge fan of Carl Jr’s charbroiled chicken club sandwich, zucchini fries and this location! I have eaten here dozens of times and I’ve only had one issue with the chicken being slightly tough. I let them know and I had a new sandwich before I even sat back down. A huge THANK YOU to the COOKS for a mouthwatering and delicious sandwich every time. You are tremendously appreciated!!! Cahiers and order takers too :) Also, Norma, the General Manager, is great! Always friendly and you can tell she really cares about her customers. If you’re lucky enough to catch her when it’s not crazy busy, she’ll make you laugh. This location is always so quick to bring my food out! Always hot & ready! I love their shakes and my go to is their grilled chicken sandwich and my daughters are of course their chicken stars! This store is always so clean and it brings me satisfaction to know that my food is always delicious, hot and ready! I love all of their food on their menu! My favorite place to grab lunch ! Always fast, quality food with friendly staff. Restaurant is kept clean , 0 issues or complaints ever in the 10 years I've been coming here. I always get the Breakfast burger with a chocolate shake and chicken stars. Great place for the kids to play but the employees are not happy to be here. I got a chocolate shake for $5 and it was filled only halfway up. My husband asked for fry sauce because the pump was out and had to ask multiple times. There were no other customers in the store. am grateful that some people show up to work and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but when I asked if they could give me the whole shake they said they don't fill the cup anymore.
