We have been stopping in Carls Jr frequently to grab lunch and let my 2 year old play. The hand breaded chicken is our go to and is always excellent. All of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and the kids have everything they need to have a great time playing. Thank you! We noticed how clean this place was as soon as we walked in the door. It is obvious the staff take pride in working here. Very friendly service too. We met Cody - manager/owner? Nice guy. Cody is very attentive to the needs of his customers and his team. It's obvious he cares about his customers' experience while dining at Carl's Jr in Ellensburg. Max was pleasant when taking our order. The restaurant was very busy and all employees were working hard and doing a great job. Cody and the entire staff treated every customer with kindness. Cody’s attention to detail makes for a friendly and enjoyable experience and deserves recognition. Took my 3 early teen kids to lunch at the Ellensburg Carl's Junior where Cody helped us. He was great with my children having a pleasant conversation with them. They had fun and got to feel very grown up. Food was well made and prompt. My son drove through drive through today ordered almost $20 in burgers etc they asked him to pull around front and wait. They never brought him food. He went in and they said no food without receipt which he did not get at drive through window when he paid. They made him wait for 30 minutes and refused to give him the food he ordered and paid for! We needed a place to hang out while we got our tires done nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating especially what I assume was the manager. The food was hot and tasty. As far as cleanliness I’d give a 8/10. At an glance everything was good but if you look closer to walls and the backsides of booths, they could use a deep clean. Overall though way cleaner than most places and if you look hard enough you will always find something! We would totally come back. Went through drive through at like 9:30pm and were wonderfully surprised to learn we can use two coupons at once in the drive through and reuse them which is awesome cause feeding three for 25$ is a godsend. We came in to Carl’s Jr for lunch in the middle of a road trip and we were extremely hungry. We have a brand new puppy in tow so we were just going to stand outside and eat. The new general manager, Cody, got our order ready super fast, brought it out to us, and told us the pup could come inside if we wanted. The food was DELICIOUS, best fries and burgers we have had in forever, and we were super thankful to sit and eat w/out worrying about the puppy in the car.
