They really are (some of) the best burgers in town! Tuesday's buy one get one 1/2 off, even more incentive! A great local "dive bar" where bartenders learn your name and the atmosphere is always fun and festive. Friday night BBQ is always a sell-out, for good reason! Cool neighborhood bar that has cheap drinks and daily specials. The reason you want to go is for the burger. It's probably the best burger in the denver metro if you want a classic, no frills burger. Love The Castle. It's been renovated in a good way, still a great neighborhood bar. Prices have gone up a bit (like everyone) but opportunity for some specials, good bar food, good service, friendly people. What more could you want? When we first came in I was pretty skeptical, but the reviews said we would be happy. The reviews were right! We love coming here and even though there's only two of us and mostly tables for large groups the employees never seem to mind! We are always happily greeted, we can always find a place to sit, and the service is always awesome! The drinks are delicious and consistent, the wings are absolutely delicious! Thick in the best way, good amount of sauce, fresh and hot, cooked completely, sauce is homemade and full of flavor, smokey flavor comes through and complements the sauce perfectly(especially the spicy bbq), beautiful crunchy skin!! We can't get enough. The burgers are fantastic as well, nice and juicy, made with love and perfect proportions! Bun is nice and even with sauces like thousand Island and bbq I don't feel like everything is sloughing off! Super well seasoned! Love the make your own opinions too! The fries are fresh and delicious just plain but the Jamaican jerk seasoning is delicious! Nice and sweet and savory, very authentic!! The ranch is also delicious, it must be sour cream ranch because it's a little more tangy and add extra flavor to whatever you put it on!
