We enjoy Chick-fil-A, the only issue we come across is that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Not a big enough issue to deduct a star though. I really love the grilled chicken nuggets and my other have likes the spicy chicken sandwich.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich
This review has taken a while but I visited this location on 1/17/24. I took my 5 yr old stepson out for something to eat and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. A young lady named Aidyl was the cashier and she was very kind. Then once we got the food I needed to go back up for a few things and I noticed another young lady “Paige” who was handling several things at once. She was very busy and I didn’t want to interrupt what she was doing since what I needed was not that important. But this young lady in the middle of multiple things she was doing and taking care of multiple customers at once turned to me with a smile and asked if I needed anything. I paused because I was watching her and how she was handling herself. A fast food place can be hectic, and I was there at a busy time. I told her what I needed and she took care of me and went back to what she was doing. This girl was beyond pleasant. Not just to me, to each person that was waiting for something, she was helping in several areas, and didn’t miss a beat and also didn’t remove the smile from her face. I stopped at the counter before I left and told the both of these girls thank you. I asked Paige how old she was and she said 15. I had to hang in to the counter because I felt like I didn’t hear her correctly and I was in shock. A 15 year old young lady had a better work ethic and attitude than 95% of the adults I’ve worked with in my entire adult life. Keep up the great work girls… your positive attitude will get you very far in life. Life is hard, but if you keep the attitude you have you will do just fine. Very pleased with my service that day and because of that I will return as a customer. Thank you!

A 10 year old could’ve thought of a better design layout! When the drive through is busy you can’t get out once you get in. Me and my mother once waited 30 minutes because we had no way out of the drive through. Wait time is decent.

The food was excellent. The service was very friendly from the people that served me however I had ordered and paid for four bottles of sauce. When I was getting my bags at the end I asked a person handed them to me or the sauces in there he looked in one of the bags and said yes they are when I got home which was an hour and 20 minutes away there was only one bottle instead of four. So they missed out on three bottles that I bought that I did not get. I should mention my order was over $200 so it wasn't like it was a small order

Honestly I think it's just the world we're living in but for the cost I expected a little bit more food. I paid $9 for the breakfast bowl, it was very basic and small portion, like kids size. Service was fast and friendly. Place was clean.

I personally started eating Chick-fil-A and it's pretty good. The people that work here are really nice. The food is quick but really good. Their waffle fries are a 10/10. The buffalo sauce is just perfect in every way. Theirs also free refills :)

Chik-fil-A! There's not much bad I can say about Chick-fil-A, other than the fact that there isn't one in my home town yet!
I have been to this location a few times and don't have any complaints. Service is always quick whether the restaurant is empty or completely jam packed. It is of my opinion that Chik-fil-A is the best of all the fast food establishments out there. Best quality, best chicken, best fries, best interior cleanliness, THE best.
Hurry up and come to Binghamton!

Food was yummy but we waited a really long time (like was not long) and the kids working seemed disorganized and lost. The car hop asked my name 3 times and they walked order to the back of the line causing a weird parking lot back up. We got 2 items so not sure what the good up was but it was a 30 minute wait for nuggets and 1 sandwiche. So less stars for less than usual Chick-fil-A service but food was hot, tasty, and they were not stingy on the sauce.
Still open for business. I'm not a big fan of this area at all. Throw construction 🚧 on top of everything you could find yourself in a sticky situation. 30min to get through the drive-thru.
If you're not patient or in a hurry, and construction is still active... you might want to find somewhere else.

This is a great location. Fast, efficient and great staff. The location is extremely clean. The food tasted wonderful. My only complaint is that the chicken breast is much smaller than what it use to be. It’s on the thinner side. I’ve noticed this with some other locations. (Not all locations.) I don’t like seeing this because I love Chick-Fil-A and don’t want them to sacrifice quality food for money.
