For a fast-food establishment, Chick-fil-A gets a lot of things right! Not inexpensive, however, as with so many things, you tend to receive what you pay-for. A step-above within, both, quality and service. At times, it is the little-things which make a difference and improves the customer's experience, and Chick-fil-a understands this. I don't live in Columbus, but I'm in town every once in awhile for work and I've been here several times. I've always had a good experience and my food is always good. The last time we had several online orders that I was picking up and they lost track of one of them. Initially they had a little bit of an issue with finding the order but someone else stepped in, located the order and got us our food right away. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here anytime.
