I’ve come to this Chick Fil A a few times, but I usually go to Dedham The service here is really bad compared to others I’ve gone to, employees are always on their phones in the drive through and not helping customers and are typically not pleasant. I’ve also had the wrong food given to me 2-3 times, despite my name and a list of what I ordered being on the bag Last night there were 3 people stationed in the drive though, but only one was taking orders - the other two were passing a phone back and forth and laughing at whatever was on it while the other guy took 3 cars in a row by himself Probably won’t come to this one anymore Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The politics of the management stink, but a chicken sandwich is still pretty good. I did have a M Donald's chicken recently and it seemed almost as good as the one here, and maybe as good or better. The degree of hunger seriously affects any assessment of quality.

Went to this location for the first time order at least 30 dollars worth of food and waited for my order. One of the employee's came over called out a name and took the order back. Meanwhile there was more custermers behind me that placed orders, at least 3 to 4. I waited at least 4 to 5 minutes for my order when I got my order went back to my car looked at my food the order was incorrect went back inside to get the manager some young woman as a manager came up to me looked at me as if she did not know what to do. I said you gave me the wrong order showed it to her I was inside the store I seen her in with an employee hugged up. I will neverI will never ever return to that location. Probably the worst Chic-fil-A experience I ever had. Dry and salty. How could it be different from other fast food chic fil A places …. It is, because even I’ve been to a Chipotle before that was different than others. Avoid it even though it’s a convenient stop on the highway. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
