This isn't a one time occurrence. Nearly eveytime I eat here something is wrong. The first time was the only good time and it mistakenly gave me hope that it will get better. The second time I ate here the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered with no customization didn't have pickles. Whatever, but this is the start of the trend. Couple of days later I go back for breakfast and order what I normally order at other Chick-fil-As with no issue: Spicy chicken egg & cheese muffin. Surprisingly, they got it right, it just took forever. About 15 mins. I thought that because it isn't a menu item they weren't familiar with it so if I wanted a faster order I'll order a menu item next time. Next time: order a standard number 7. Takes 15 mins again. Everyone else ordering standard menu items get their order in half the time. Mistakenly believe this is a fluke and order a number 7 again on my next visit. This time it takes 17 mins and comes out cold. Literally, the only time that I have gotten decent service here is when I go to the busier lunch time and order spicy deluxe. Purchased large fries (and other stuff) and it was half empty, what's the point in buying large if you fill it up less than medium??? I guess saving time on not having to make more for other orders. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
