We order form here a few times a week. The food is excellent but the employees need to be way more careful with the drinks. Everytime, our drinks are covered in soda, dripping down the sides and the lids are overflowing. I do feel that employees shouldn’t have long nails when handling food. A female employee accidentally stabbed my drink with her beautiful long nail and she still gave it to me. It was literally pouring out. Other than that, everything’s good. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been to many CFA’s across the U.S and I have never seen a single restaurant that is as slow as this one. Busy or not busy they consistently take a whilleeeeee to get your food. I moved to Lemon grove in Aug of 2023 and have never received my food here in under 20 minutes. At the very least they are consistent with taking forever to give you your food 🙂 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Josh, who looked like he was the manager, and spoke like he was a manager does not listen. When a customer speaks he nods, smiles, and repeats exactly what he has said before. I had to repeat myself four times before Sophia, His coworker, corrected him by finding my order, and Sophia is the only reason I’m giving this review a two star because she was able to assist me. Josh makes me think all Chick-fil-A employees just smile and nod now, before I thought they were respectful and would listen.

I like the way they hid the ordering line around the building, it was creative.. getting into and out of the area will surely make this a quicker trip for lunch or dinner.. The food was fabulous, our order taker was polite and well spoken and the wait wasn’t really that long. The delivery folks were fast and efficient and polite as well. For a Chick-Fil-A, the overall service was horrible. The register workers were friendly enough, but there were a lot of employees sitting in a booth at the back of the restaurant, not representing Chick-Fil-A as a company very well. The worst part was that although we had asked for a sauce at the counter, it wasn't included when the food was delivered, so a trip to the counter was made, and a supervisor who was the closest employee was asked for the sauce and we were completely disregarded by the supervisor and told to ask at the counter. The supervisor was more interested in going to the back of the restaurant to play around withbthe employees in the booth and was clearly overheard saying to them "I had to completely swerve a customer to come over here" while laughing about it.
