I normally LOVE this location, but only when the sweet lady is serving at the window. She is ALWAYS so sweet and friendly and takes great care in every order. However, I went 2 nights ago (she was not there) and it was all younger people and it was terrible. Chicken barely had any crunch (sorta like Churches original) and what little it had was way over cooked. The spicy strips looked very different than normal and not much spice at all! I ask for 1 unsweetened & 1 sweet of course both unsweetened, cold jalapeño poppers, the topper for the whole order was our rolls had dirty spots all on the bottom. That tells me they used dirty pans (LAZY) Then just when I thought it could get worse the actual roll that came with my box had my gravy on top of it and was smashed to a flatten nothing. Please at least schedule a responsible crew leader that can make sure they do a better job. Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped by and got a 8 PC. Some hot Some cold Some fresh Some old. The flavor was terrible. This used to be my favorite place.

Paid for food and after 20 minutes food was not ready. Was offered a refund and then they didn’t know how to figure out how to how much to refund. Showed him my receipt and he said yea but you gave us 20 so I owe you 20 back. Then after I explained he only owed me 13.51 he gave me 13 and I waited another 5 minutes for the .51.
