Genuinely one of the best chilies that you could go to. The service and staff are always happy and friendly even when there’s 1 million to go orders. They will take care of you and will give you 5 star treatment every time. Can’t be happier to live close to this one. (Get the honey chipotle chicken crispers. The food and site were excellent! The staff was great, especially the host who seated and eventually assisted in providing us with to go boxes. The waitress was good, but insisted on memorizing everything. This is a great talent, except when it caused her to attempt to ignore all in her path on the way back to the kitchen each time so she did not need to delay in relaying her order to the cook. And if you finally needed to delay her because you had waited a long time and needed to get going and had not succeeded in stopping her on any of her passings (after she had to take orders then recite them back each time to ensure she had memorized them-even for large groups) she was almost curt and did not let you finish stating all of your needs because she was intent on returning to the kitchen with her memorized order. We were in a rush to get back to a conference, so we finally asked the greeter to assist when she seated someone and she more than obliged and was so awesome. Great lunch. Went in for a quick lunch. Their specials are great and their rewards program gives you some freebies like chips and salsa. Our server was on top of it today she kept our drinks full and was very attentive. The lunch special prices are great. Haven't had chili's in a long time, I've been trying to avoid chain restaurants for a number of reasons and typically food quality is the biggest reason. Came with a friend. Food was meh and ended up having an allergic reaction to something I ate despite having the waitress note my aplergies. By the time I got home I was covered in hives. Prices have skyrocketed from what they used to be even a couple years ago. The best thing about this place will always be the strawberry lemonade but that is not enough reason to come back ever. The restaurant was immaculate, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. I took a seat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender, Chris. He took my drink order, and was ready and available to take my food order as well. He was incredibly nice, and made sure that I didn't want for anything while I was there. I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin, rare, and was not disappointed! The steak was tender and juicy, meat nearly able to be cut with a fork! The loaded mashed potatoes were phenomenal, and perfectly complimented the meat and steamed broccoli. It exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I called in a to-go order specifically for the fajitas so I would get no meat for my wife. I said no chicken, and I wanted the black bean patty instead. Ive done this here and in every other state and location I’ve ever been at. Talked with 3 damn people and they reassured me they understood me. Well guess what my wife got chicken fajitas. Dumb crew, have to talk with 3 different people to get my order wrong. What a nostalgic experience! It's been years since I've eaten at a Chillis. A friend invited me to lunch, and we went there during their $10 special ( what a steal btw) I went with the tortilla soup, half avocado sandwich, and a side of fries. Our waiter was on top of our refills and making sure we had a great experience. I didn't care much for the tortilla soup, but the avocado sandwich was yummy! 8/21/23 Family went to for dinner and we had mixed feelings. They raised the price for the standard 3 for $10 chicken crispers ($15.99), but they added build your own that was a little better deal. You can pick 4, 5, 6 pieces, 4 was $12.79, 5 - $14.29 and 6 - $15.79. They got rid of those stupid trays that we all hate. They were a little busy and our waitress seemed like she was running around crazy handling 8+ tables. She's a little older lady, smart as a tack and remembered everything perfectly. It was the best service we've ever had there. Previous Review: Had dinner with my wife without the kids. The food was pretty good, but I really wish Chili's would not use these dumb trays with paper on them. Chili's just give me a normal plate. You cut the chicken and the paper tears. Came here on a Friday night about two hours before they closed. We were immediately seated by a great waiter who was nice and helpful with questions about the food, just wish I could remember his name! The menus are well designed; eye catching with good combination offers. It was five of us but we all got served under ten minutes, everything hot and greatly prepared. As for my food, the fajitas, were very savory. All of the meats were seasoned and cooked perfectly! Ended up eating the whole plate and was very full afterwards, I really recommended the fajitas. The interior is welcoming and cozy, along with a usable bathroom in case you need to go. Other than that, the atmosphere sets a wonderful mood for a restaurant dinner night. I will definitely be coming here again!

Really good experience. They seemed a little understaffed, but it was also a Sunday and they had fantastic staff their to help bus, and take guests orders. Very good menu deals, the place appeared clean, and the food was very delicious. :) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
