Stood at the bar for 15 minutes hoping for a drink. Cash in hand while waiting for a table. At first the bartender ignored me then disappeared. The bar was empty for about 10 minutes. Eventually the bartender came back and finally asked "Are you waiting for something? " If our table hadn't been ready then we would have left. The food was amazing and the waitress once we were seated was good. The Chili’s in Mount Vernon is a fantastic meeting place and a wonderful eating establishment. They have been tremendous to us over the years. They are very accommodating and are able to help you with any issues that you may have. I specifically came for fried pickles only to find out they took it off the menu. I was so disappointed. So we ordered the 16 boneless wings with House BBQ.. another disappointment. They were cold, and the sauce did not taste great. Lastly, we had the Skillet Cookie with ice cream.. it was ok, but it was not anywhere near a Subway cookie, and everyone knows Subway cookies are the absolute best, lol. Unfortunately, we will not ever visit a Chili's again. I'm still on the hunt for fried pickles. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

When traveling, stopping at a restaurant for an hour is great. We were seated right away, and a server greeted us and took our drink order. We ordered food, and it came out quickly and as ordered. Our server got slammed with a couple of large groups. That prevented her from being able to check on us for refills and making sure food was correct.
