The only thing that was kind of bad. The food was cold. But they only had one employee working. The place was really busy. Than later more crew came to work. The lady was a really good waitress. I gave the food 4 stars because my veggies were cold, other than that the food was great. My server was amazing, polite, and informative. A couple of years ago we quit going to our local Chilis as they seem to be having trouble keeping help - like a lot of businesses were (and still are, unfortunately). We never saw the same server from visit to visit & the service was decent some trips & 'spotty' or non-existent on other trips. I recently started going again and have been by for lunch 3 or 4 times in the last month or so and have been really impressed. The servers on every recent trip are friendly, efficient, and care about their customers. My last visit I noticed that my server was working every table but two in the main room and she was WORKIN' it ! Came here for lunch and it wasn't busy when we arrived. The server asked each twice what we wanted to drink. (She wasn't paying attention to the answer and had to re ask) She then proceeded to ask if we would like some chips and we said....sure. She came with the drinks and the chips. But what happened to the appetizer plates? Four servers standing around. What happened to Team Work? Very disappointed.
