The food is great, has multiple options to offer on the menu, as well as the staff team, giving you free drinks without even having to ask. This makes the chilies grill and bar one of the great places to go in the Yukon metropolitan area if you are out and about I recommend that you visit the Chili’s Grill and bar next to Holiday Inn in Del taco. this is a place I would recommend share this review with family, friends and significant others. This is also a great place to take your children because there’s a children’s menu, offering a great variety and choice for your children as well as significantly great drinks options and a variety of cool and special drinks. I called an order in to be picked up. I went there and went to where they was suppose to come out and bring your order. I sat there for a while and nobody came out. I went inside and 2 people were standing there talking. As I was paying one of them stood there expecting a tip. They didn't serve me by bring the food out to me. No tip was deserved. The food was good but not as good as if I sat at one of the tables. I bought from that establishment. I believe I should get the same service whether it is dine in or take out. Chili's is and always has been a place that offers a bit of variety on the menu to attract the masses. Unfortunately, just like it is prepared and marketed, the quality and taste of their food is all over the place. I never walk away from Chili's with the thought of being at least satisfied. Our server did a good job, but the food was cold and overpriced. They have computers set up on all dining tables now so that you have to figure out your own tab. I have to say, as a single mother, it's great to find a place where someone truly takes care and pets you enjoy your evening with your kids. Shylea has been my daughter's server whether with her father or myself. She goes out of her way to create the best service and experience. The food is ALWAYS great! The environment is calm and chill with a little spicy if you let it known its welcome. For sure a great place to visit with the family! Be sure to ask for Shylea!
