I paid $21 for a bowl with guacamole and a side of chips with a regular size drink. I’m fine with this price if the food is adequate. The girl that made my bowl had a sad attitude like she hates her job, the chips were stale, the rice was not seasoned, the guacamole wasn’t seasoned, and they gave me hardly any meat because they were out of almost all food and had a line of people. No food was being prepped and it sounded like no one notified the cook that the food was getting low. Again, I have zero issue with laying a premium price but I expect the food to at least taste good and not be stale. Good food bad service. They literally gave a to-go shelf but they didn't put in there. I came in and sat down to wait for my food by the to-go shelf. After sitting 11 minutes I was told the orders to go on the to-go shelf anymore. So my food was getting cold for over 10min and no offer to remake. Need a to-go person only or maybe a manger to make sure peoples food don't get cold. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
