The management at this location should be ashamed. Every time I come here they are out of something. Today it was fajita veggies and again as always guacamole. They alway run out of that. My husband wanted barbaqoa and guess what? They didn’t have that. This is my final visit at this location. No napkins as well. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

first, they stingy with the meat cause they barely gave me any and when i asked for more, this guy literally gave me two extra pieces of chicken and steak. so i ended up having to ask another lady for more meat. also, never knew they charge for ‘extra cheese’ that wasn’t even extra fr, but it was fine i guess. lastly, the food was bland.. so i’ll just stick to my usual chipotle where they not stingy with the food and the food be so so good over there. I pulled up to this chipotle after class, 15 minutes before it closed and the door was locked. There were five people working and one customer, not one person working came to the door to tell me they were closing early or explain why the door was locked. They all continued to do what they were doing. I don’t care if they close early, it is rude and unprofessional for not ONE person to come and be courteous to a customer. I’m not going to argue or push past anyone to get in but it is so very rude to stand there, look at me trying to figure out if they’re open or not and not say anything. I will not be coming to this location. The crazy thing is, it wasn’t even closed yet. Service: 1

I’m convinced they don’t put the cilantro lime and sea salt in the rice, or season the chicken. They were out of some of the items I wanted including the Queso. I also opted for vegan meat and the lady fixing my food kept calling it something I wasn't familiar with.
