Hit a rough patch during COVID, seems to have gotten most of the mojo back but staff was less than pleasant. Person taking my order was seemingly annoyed that I was ordering food between the lunch and dinner rush on a Wednesday. Just felt really uncomfortable interacting with her as she aggressively put my order together, threw utensils down, ripped my burrito, and threw kids plate lids because there were no bottoms. My food was fine and the person making the bowls was friendly. The short lady with glasses at the register is so disgustingly rude. To customers and her coworkers too. She acts like you are ruining her day by coming in no matter how friendly you are to her. Service: 1

This is the second time that this has happened. Ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl through doordash and found pieces of meat in the bowl. Chipotle is one of the few fast food chains where I can go to get a good vegetarian meal but these incidents show the lack of quality and precautions taken by the staff at this chain. I will be taking my business to a different outlet from here on. Service Delivery

Too much negative comments sounds like a bunch of people that never worked in the restaurant industry, this chipotle is really good! Yes the inside tables could be cleaner but food is always on point for me. Staff are chill too they are just doing their jobs. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Worst chipotle ever. They're not welcoming; last time I went they didn't have sour cream neither fajita veggies and the other time I went they didn't have steak neither fajita veggies, on top of that the line was so long and there was trash everywhere. I’m not happy. The food was good. They didn’t have any chips and didn’t bother to tell me until I was at checkout. I got a burrito bowl i Usually get free chips I would have just gotten a burrito had I known and then on top of that the lady checking me out was just rude. Won’t be back to this chipotle! Tried ordering food to go today but it would have been a 1 hour wait all together. Machines were broken down, they were out of chicken and steak, and you couldn’t order quesadillas at all. We ended up just cancelling the order (which also was a horrible experience) and going elsewhere. Avoid this place. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The food was delicious the employees were decent. My opinion on the inside of Chipotle dining room. It was filthy all the tables were dirty and the floor counters were sticky. The soda machine was broken and they had 3 kinds of lemonade but 1 was empty 1 had maybe 1/8 full and the other one was warm. I love this place Maybe they are short-staffed but if the dining room was that dirty I can only imagine what the other side looks like. Stopped in for dinner before heading up to Winter Lights in North Andover, had a gift card from a few Xmas's ago. My fiancé always gets a burrito but I normally get the bowl but switched it up for a burrito. Can't believe how the people behind the counter can wrap these things when I am adding practically every topping to my burrito. I like to split the meat with steam and sofritas (why not?)! Everyone was so nice there and asked if we needed anything else even after we sat down to eat. I'd chose the freshness of Chipotle any day over Subway or McDonalds.
