Sunday around noon and almost all the bins were empty. Even the hard shell tacos were gone. 3 tacos, 1 bowl, 2 drinks and chips and queso came out to $50. Didn't think anything about it but later in the day checked my receipt and was charged for 2 bowls. Went in today and the manager said there was nothing they could do. Disappointing to say the least. **Response from owner is auto generated. Garbage response from a garbage company!! The bottom of the barrel. Only 3 employees working. The restaurant was DISGUSTING ALL AROUND. The worst Chipotle I've had EVER! very dirty. None of the utensils w were stocked. Food was good - as expected for your average chipotle. Did the drive thru option. Order was ready on time & service was timely. However, staff member who helped us was rude & unfriendly. Would go out of way to union deposit location for better service next time. Food: 4 Service: 1

Advertisement on TV shows fresh veggies, no veggies every time we go in there. Employees say the “night shift” people don’t prep it… should be coming in early to prep it fresh in the AM before opening. Disappointing- neither hummelstown or Hershey location has veggies.
