Store Manager/employees are cheating customers out of correct portion. Second time that I’ve received 3 ounces of chicken instead of 4 ounces. Manager should be ashamed. Placed chicken from bowl into a 4 ounce container. Photo shows it is only 3/4 full. Manager and employee refused to fix the issue. The manager at this location is impressively rude. They need to train the employees in customer service. She had me leaving the restaurant crying because she spoke and looked at me like I was stupid for asking for a side of sour cream. My order was also supposed to be ready on the pickup shelf but was instead sitting in the back getting cold. I had to wait in line for it for over ten minutes, and there was only one person in front of me. It’s like they try to move as slow as possible.
