I was excited to know that there was a location near me ..... now I'm not excited. These have to be THE driest cinnamon rolls I've ever had in my life. The amount of cream cheese was almost non existent. Please just go to Chicago Ridge instead.

This is my 2nd time visiting the Pilot Center specifically for Cinnabon rolls. I called around 1:30 and the person who answered AND baking said he had some hot & fresh. I’m temporarily on a walker, but I’m sure I RAN 🏃🏽♀️out of the door. Nice weather, nice ride, nice guy provided service. A lady stopped behind me and decided to buy 6 at a time too! If you’re going big and all in; don’t cheap out on the extra cream cheese. Walked in, grabbed a soup spoon and FINALLY got my fix! They were SO fresh! This place doesn’t disappoint! Wish I had checked out the other stands while I was there. But, I did get ⛽️ 👍

Went here because I didn't want to travel so far to Orland or Merrillville in rush hour traffic. Gas station has a weird energy to it. The customers, staff, etc. Then some older lady who works there said to the guy behind the kiosk, right in front of me, 'make sure you charge for the frosting cup' and something about how 'there's already enough frosting on the roll'. Really, as if I was going to try to finesse Cinnabon out of 60 cents for some frosting? Anyway, she could have waited until I left or whispered it. That was rude. Anyhow, Dean (I believe that's his name) is a really nice guy with incredible customer service skills.
The real reason for my one star review is when I got home to eat it the roll was hard and dry. Even reheating it didn't help. The worst Cinnabon roll I've ever had.

They had what I needed when Orland was out. I only complaint is that cinnabons did not come with extra frosting
