If you want to enjoy a classic and have a unique experience with tasty food then try this place. It’s a casual place with a fun atmosphere. They have good size portions so share a plate or plan on taking some home. They serve their famous cheese bread which is addicting. Kitchy atmosphere and you get a basket of peanuts to shell and toss on the floor. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

always a joy to come to Northwoods Inn regardless of which location you choose you're in for a spectacular time yes you're going to eat too much and don't miss out on the incredible dual salad and cheese bread extravaganza seriously I don't know if I have much room left to eat my dinner after stuffing myself with these delicious salads! I was in LA on a business trip, and the people I was with recommended this place. It appears to be a popular steakhouse, but I am not exactly sure why. I think you could get a better steak at the Sizzler. My steak SUCKED!!! It was tough and had ZERO flavor. I truly believe that it is sacrilegious to put a sauce on a good steak. Needless to say, this steak needed sauce. And the steak was very tough. About the only thing right was the fact that it was cooked accurately. And it was not just my meal that was mediocre. All 3 of us made the same comments. Not to mention, our waiter did not get our drink order correct. We went here to celebrate our aunty's birthdays, This place has a lot of room for a large party or just a few people. Upon walking in the outside was nice I've seen this place several times from the freeway and had always wondered what it was (due to it stands out with the snow-like roof). The outside has a waterfall that's nice parking was decent ( we visited on a Sunday) but I assume during the week when Chick-fil-A is open I'd say parking would be rough. Upon entering the establishment it was very nice looking to our left they have a Christmas tree up and there is a bear in a glass and Deer above the fireplace with woodchips scattered across the floor. If you've been to The Other Clearman's it's sort of the same pictures of naked women and a nice atmosphere. Being that we had a large party we were seated in the back area and it was fine. Food was ehh I ordered the steak sandwich (well done) and it was dry af and had zero flavor. My wife order the same but (medium well) again her's was dry af, my mother in law ordered the same & sister in law and again (medium well) and all were daf and over cooked. Place is really Dark inside, got the porter House as you get to see my reviews I usually get Steaks 90% the steak was not cooked the way I ordered it , the taste the taste was not there the rice it was ok the potato was good the cabbage was good service was good , the chicken taste it better the the porter House steak.
