I really wanted to love this place, I really wanted to have a great experience since it is one of the ONLY spots close to Lindale for breakfast, but I just can't. The place overall was clean and had some cute bakery goods and jams for sale. There is a lot of seating, which was also nice. We went on a Sunday and found out no sausage rolls on Sunday, which was disappointing. We settled on breakfast sandwiches, and honestly, they were less impressive than the Jimmy Dean frozen sandwiches my kids eat at home. Service was also lackluster. The staff seemed annoyed we were even coming in, and there were no pleasant conversations or smiles anywhere to be seen. Most people came in to buy loaves of bread and left and now I know why. The sweets and cookies and other bakery items are amazing. Aside from that, their triple cheese grilled sandwich is fantastic. This is my third time here and the place comes with Tesla supercharger stations which is very convenient. Place is very clean and staff is friendly . Okay, let me start by saying…. HAVE LUNCH HERE! I ordered the chicken salad croissant and my wife ordered the Texas Potato! I messed up by ordering because the Potato was so large and so good that my wife shared it and I was full. I should have taken the croissant home with me, but I couldn’t help but to indulge. It really is a great sandwich. After lunch, stop by their bakery. Might I suggest, even if you’re not a cake pop fan, try the cake bites. I bought two. They’re nothing like a cake pop. More like cookie dough in the flavor of cake. Perfection in every bite. Try all of the cookies. I think we got two of almost every one and as I sit here typing away leaving this review, I am yet to be disappointed. Enjoy your trip here and know from one traveler to another, it’s worth the visit. And just a little shoutout to Paul. He’s very sweet and helped us when it came to finding parking.
