My group was highly disappointed with our experience tonight. For they hype this place gets we were expecting an amazing tasting cookie. We bought 4 in total and one was good. The cookies weren’t warm, as everyone said they would be just like coming out of the oven. The overall aesthetics were decent. The place was clean and attracting, as well as the packaging. The customer service was terrible. The employees didn’t greet us, smile or even thank us for coming in. There was zero facial expressions or welcoming vibes. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. I was disappointed with the experience overall. Wouldn’t try it again. At least if the place is cute and the environment is right, I wouldn’t mind paying 5.00 for a mediocre cookie.
