Definitely not happy with the drive thru service we had today. I pulled into the drive thru to get my family ice cream and it was… fairly busy. It was my turn to order, however the car in front of me wasn’t pulled up enough for me to actually reach the ordering speaker. I informed the women working the drive thru that I needed to pull up a little more and she gave a verbal understanding and said to let her know when I was ready. When I pulled up, I let her know I was ready to order and got no response. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 8min with no response even after saying “hello?” And “im ready to order” multiple times. I proceeded to pull up to the window and was met with confusion because she was taking the order of the car behind me. I informed them I waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one answered so I would like to place my order. (Unfortunately pregnancy cravings wouldn’t allow me to just leave) The young man was very kind and took my order HOWEVER, the older female who was on the drive thru headset was getting huffy and puffy because SHE didn’t do HER job. Repeatedly telling the other customers on the headset to hold on cause she had wait to fulfill my order. I understand being busy and I understand how this happening ruins the flow of the drive thru, but that is no excuse to be passive aggressive to your customers because you made a mistake. Service: 1

We love going to our local Dairy Queen in Sun City West on the way home from church at night and getting a chocolate ice cream of some type. We usually do drive through but the times we have gone and eaten I side have been great. The place is always clean and well kept. Drive through is opened, fast and friendly. Great place to grab a quick treat or bite. Gets busy in the evenings but they're pretty fast getting you through the line. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
