Ordered burgers with cheese and bacon. Got 2 dry burgers with nothing but a patty and dry veggies. Took it back and they refused to fix it, refused to refund, tried to keep the food we paid for, and then made us pay for the same food twice. We were told a burger with cheese and bacon doesn't exist, even though it is on the menu and was ordered, and was told we "can't prove" that's what was ordered. Absolute garbage!! This seems to be there only DQ that stays open for is posted hours. Wet got some of three best fries ever at this location. Can't beat DQ soft serve with shard shell chocolate! Recommended dishes Various Blizzards

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Service was horrible. Ordered a M&M blizzard and got a Banna blizzard. These two are no where close to the same. Most likely because the young students working were more likely concerned about whatever it was they were laughing and talking about instead of listing to the customer. Someone needs to clean this place too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was just getting there this evening for dinner my order was messed through the drive through I called and spoke with the manager Edward he was fantastic a big help and fix my order right away I would highly recommend this Dairy Queen it is one of the better ones in the city Thanks to customer service from a manager like Edward and his staff Service: 5

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I don't know what these employees are getting paid but it's WAY too much. You could be paying them all in monopoly money and insults for all I care, it's still too much. I've been here several times and not once have they ever gotten my order right and it's always so cold that I need to microwave it for it to be edible. Every time I've ordered I've been met with a bunch of teenagers and ex-cons that are so high out of their minds they can barely keep their bloodshot eyes open and you can smell the weed on them from the drive thru window. Don't even bother telling them they got your order wrong either by the way, you'll just end up getting glared at like you're a jerk for noticing they gave you tacos instead of the burger you ordered, then waiting 20 more minutes just to get a different wrong order. One last tip, never order cheese on your burger here, they'll always make sure to charge you extra for adding cheese but you will never actually get it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Management needs to be apprised of the disgusting behavior of its employees. Went through drive thru tonight and witnessed this disgusting display of what my husband described as “grab-ass”. They were too busy stroking and petting each other to deliver our food in a timely manner not to mention the blatant disregard for food handler safety. We will be notifying the health department of what we witnessed tonight.

Perhaps the greatest compliment that you can pay a fast food restaurant is, "The food looked like the picture," which is how I felt when I received my Bacon Ranch Hungr-Buster® tonight. The staff can make or break a place. We stopped in for fries and shakes. These guys were wonderful! Greeted us when we walked in - were patient while we figured out our order, and then brought it to our table when it was ready.
