CHECK YOUR FOOD, BECAUSE THEY WON'T. Just ordered a large meat-lovers stromboli and brought it home. As we're eating, there are some very chewy/stringy pieces in it. One got caught in my throat and I had to pull it out to stop gagging on it. It looked like the casing from the pepperoni. I picked some of the other pieces of pepperoni out of the boli and they all had casings still on them. (I could peel the casings off the individual slices.) I called the restaurant and asked to speak to someone about a problem with my order. The man I spoke to (don't know if he gave me his name or not) said there is no casing on their pepperoni when they buy it so there can't be casings in my boli. I told him I pulled it out of my throat and from a bunch of pieces I pulled from my plate. He said he'd make me another boli but it would have the same pepperoni in it as the one I already had. I said I didn't want another one with the same pepperoni with casings on them. He was laughing as he was talking to me throughout the conversation. He asked what I wanted him to do and I said that not laughing would be a start. I offered to bring the boli back so he could see the casings, he said I could but there's nothing wrong with their pepperoni and the only thing he could do is make me another one with the same pepperoni. I asked what his position was there and he said I might as well call him the manager because he makes the food and said he didn't know what I expected him to do. I told him I wouldn't be ordering anything else since they didn't seem concerned about what they are serving to their customers (not even an offer to check their pepperoni in case their supplier gave them bad product). He said, "Fair enough".
I know pizza shops tend to have a younger, inexperienced staff, but the shop owner should be aware that they are putting customers at risk and think it's a joke. Not only did they deny there was any problem with the food; they obviously had no intention of checking their ingredients to make sure they are safe to be served to other customers.

First and last time coming here. Ordered online and showed up 5min after it said it would be ready. Girl said it wasn't ready yet but about 5-6min. 25min later I had to ask for my order. We go to leave and I can clearly tell the bag is too light. Went back in and said we're missing our 2nd sub. The girl proceeded to go through our bag as if we were lying. Our sub was sitting in the back never put in the bag. We get home and hands down the most bland inedible food ever! The turkey was mushy and tasted cheap. Paid extra for extra mayo and banana peppers and there was barely any mayo on the sub and the banana peppers tasted old with no flavor at all. Hubby's sub was also bland and no mayo. For $45 this is absolutely horribly disappointing! Based on all of the other reviews it isn't even worth trying to get a refund. Subs and appetizers are in the trash.... Pizza Delight I'm sorry we didn't go to you like our normal Thursday night dinner!

I am changing my review entirely from 4 years ago! We just purchased 2 meatball parm subs and they are absolutely horrible!!
Both subs had literally no sauce at all and they were both very dry. Even the meatballs themselves had no sauce at all. The meatballs tasted like frozen, were very dry and had no flavor at all. After 25 dollars for 2 meatball parm subs I can’t believe how poorly they were prepared and sent out the window. Whoever made these should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been a chef for over 25 years and I would never serve anything like this to anyone.
I will take a pic and video of my sub. The other sub was thrown out to the animals. We will not order again as this isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience here.

These folks have gotten so busy they have sacrificed quality. Delivery is always way too long anymore and they have your order wrong when it does get there on top of all that. Don't try to go in there to complain either they could care less. Call Pizza delight instead.
