First, I am not a fan of being forced through the drive-thru, but alas, I was hungry after a 12 hour shift of my own. Also, I have 28 years in restaurant - and have been the manager, in that time. 6 tacos (the little snack ones), 3 employees, 8 minutes. I watched one employee ring up his own meal (while I could see my tacos in their little holder, just waiting to be bagged). Manager (shirt is always the giveaway there) finally bags it up. He's right on the other side of the glass, just holding it hostage (oh yeah - and I am the only customer to boot) just having a conversation... Let me eat and go to bed. When did simple customer service leave us? Last Del Taco experience for me. Previous 2 attempts were not much better at the locale. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came by today for some lunch. I used the mobile app to order then went through the drive thru to pick it up. After leaving I noticed I was missing the bean and cheese burrito. No. big deal, it happens. I went back through the drive thru to grab it and the lady working the drive thru was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right! I didn’t catch her name but she is a HUGE asset to the company so I hope they realize that!! Customer service is so rare nowadays so I hope they recognize her for this review!! Even though we got our order to go, it was fast. Our server was polite, friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The food was very good. The staff is so friendly. The store and restroom were tidy. I ate there three times in one week and the food tasted and smelled the aame way each time. Which is good. You know how much to order, you know how you'll feel after you eat it, you know the price and how it will taste. Sometimes no surprises are a welcome thing. Scammers advertise food prices on the building windows. I order in the drive thru they don't give you your total cost, when you get to the pick up window they charge twice as much, when I asked about it she said you have to go to the app.then she laught and said no body can read the small print and everyone get surprised when they pay !! If Del taco would use the monitor at the drive thru you could see what the actual cost is or if the person taking the order would mention that the item you ordered is not really on sale you order something else rather then getting over charged. Very poor way of running a business!! Guess I will go to taco bell from now on. There food is bigger and better anyway. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The first time that I came everything was super super delicious. That's why I came back second time I came service went down by 30%. I don't know why I came back for a third time. But my third time was my last time. Just because I had to come back and replace my food. Because my fries we're all burnt. Super frustrated. I've been sitting in this drive thru for 1 hour and have moved once. There are workers in the dinning room just chatting it up not helping their once person in drive thru. I feel bad for this person by them selves with no help. Just beware.... hope your not starving cause itll be a lonnnggggg while till you get your food. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!! It was a good place to get out of the snowstorm and grab some breakfast on our way home. The people that helped us were the best part of the visit. They were friendly and served us quickly. The food is typical Del Taco. Nothing too crazy. The tables were a bit dirty, but perhaps they hadn't had a chance to clean them quite yet. The food was fine in taste and freshness. It was what I would expect from Dell Taco. However it was packaged sloppily with sauces and filling oozing out of the tortillas into the paper wrappers. Also, the person on the mic at the drive through sounded like he was hating life and would rather be anywhere but there. He was not rude but his voice and body language conveyed that message.
