The variety of flavors is impressive, and the donuts are consistently fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, and service is prompt. While the ambiance is basic, it's the perfect spot for a quick indulgence. The only drawback is limited seating.

easily some of the best donuts we have ever had! customer service was great, they were friendly and hooked us up with some extra donut holes for free. they are reasonably priced too, they could easily charge way more for these delicious donuts! This is the Best Donut shop in McKinney. We drive past 3 other Donut places jut to get to the Donut Box. They also have smoothies and a lot of other great drinks. The prices are fair and the people working here are very friendly!

I love these donuts! Those are so fresh and delicious!! And it looks great, too! I wanted to get two more fruit donuts, so he just made for me at that time. Thankful for the manners and kindness!

Stopped in on Christmas and had such a nice experience. The staff was so happy and nice. The donut selection was great. Now the donuts…extremely fresh and so tasty! Donut Box is now our GO TO shop for donuts and happy people!! Thanks!
